Photos can be taken at the time you apply in person at the Clerk of Courts Title Office. The fee for the two (2) - 2x2 pictures is $10.00 plus sales tax of $.73, total is $10.73.
**The $35.00 execution fee is not charged when adults 16 and over with fully valid passport books apply for the passport card using a DS-82 form.
